Morning ritual at the park: Tessa circles around the tree line and stops at the start of this field, gazing, searching for the deer that spend the night here. Thankfully, she is more of a deer stalker than chaser. When she does commit to a chase, she is easy to recall - we worked on that.
I watched her do this. At first I thought, not too smart, she should just reach for it from the outside of the crate. But before I finished thinking that thought, she had pulled down the toy through the wires.
